WHY BUY LAND NOW?

After months of exhaustive research I am proud to present to you the most comprehensive collection of reasons to buy land now. There has been a lot of speculation recently published by everyone from economists to financial planners to real estate brokers about why now is the best time to buy land. In fact, I recently read a blog post with a challenge to the real estate community on just this topic –“Maybe instead of telling us now is the right time to buy how about explaining why it is the right time to buy? How about explaining every nuance of the bailout and what it means for me, your customer? How about placing that information on a spreadsheet or on your site or have the NAR back it up with fact rather than some air spun ad campaign.”

As a marketer of real estate for the last 12 years, I felt compelled to accept this challenge and that is was prudent for me to find out if the best time to buy really is now. So I set out on a fact-finding mission to explore why it is the right time to buy land. Thus evolved the real estate blog called Why Buy Land Now? that provides the explanations and separates the fact from the fiction when it comes to buying land now.
